Using pushing and falling as a point of view for movement and physical encounter, we will cultivate the ability to remain stable, physically and mentally, within shifting movement, changing weight, and unpredictable situations.
Through working with points of contact, weight sharing, falls, and pushes, we will explore how the body learns to respond rather than hold on, to listen rather than control, and to find an inner axis even as the external structure shifts.
The workshop focuses on developing relational physical intelligence:
A space for practice, play, and research where uncertainty becomes raw material.
